Monthly Bookkeeping - We pick up your monthly package after you've received the bank statements. We enter all of your transactions into either QuickBooks or your existing accounting software, in the appropriate ledger accounts. We reconcile your bank statements, create monthly income and expense reports, file sales and use tax reports, and handle and customized requirements for your business. Our monthly bookkeeping service also includes quarterly and year end reports for your accountant or tax professional to quickly and easily prepare your returns. These reports are also useful for you to determine which business activities are most profitable for you and where you need to reduce spending.


QuickBooks Maintenance - Do you write your own checks and enter your transactions into your QuickBooks file?  We can handle any maintenance issues, bank reconciliations, report printing, and other functions with ease.  You can send us your file for updating and we will return the file the following day with any corrections or updates.  Our fast turn-around assures you won't be without access to your file or miss any transactions.

New Business Organization - We can assist in setting up your new business with accounting software, filing systems, marketing materials, federal forms, and business licenses.

Payroll Management - We offer two options for payroll.  If you would like to process payroll yourself, we can handle set you up with our payroll provider with your own account access for a low monthly fee.  We also offer full service payroll where we handle your paychecks, direct deposit, and filing payroll forms with Florida and the IRS.

Payables and Receivables - Accounts payable includes collecting your bills and preparing checks for your review and signature. Accounts receivable includes invoicing your customers and processing received payments for deposit into your business account.

Quarterly and Year End Reports - Reports are included with all of our other bookkeeping services.  We also offer these as an independent option for those business owners who handle all of the other functions of bookkeeping but would like assistance in governmental compliance.
